1. CALCULATION OF PAYROLL FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES
Depending on the nature of your business, you may pay your employees hourly, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. The team at Harvest will assist to calculate the basic salary, overtime, time off and bonuses.
2. TIMELY PAYSLIPS ISSUANCE VIA EMAIL
With Xero pay run and other Human Resources solutions that are integrated with Xero, ensure that your employees are paid salaries and receive their payslips on a timely basis. These are prepared in compliance to Ministry of Manpower requirements.
3. CALCULATION AND SUBMISSION OF MONTHLY STATUTORY CONTRIBUTIONS
These include CPF account set up, monthly CPF contribution e-filing, Skills Development Levy (SDL) and Foreign Worker Levy (FWL) processing.
4. ANNUAL PREPARATION OF IR8A / IR21
IR8As are yearly employee remuneration reports to be prepared by employers for income tax purposes, where as IR21s are salary declarations of non-Singaporean employees ending employment for tax withholding purposes.
